Not just a trial, but AI that is used safely and continuously in real operations. We work in four steps.
Analysis and scoping
We quantitatively analyze inquiry histories and task inventories, visualize workflows, and separate what AI can handle from what people should, then set priorities.
Platforms and operating rules
We compare and select AI services based on how data is used and where it is stored, and set rules for personal data, incorrect answers, and cost limits, along with materials for internal approval.
AI agents
We build AI that answers inquiries with sources drawn from internal rules and knowledge, and that makes first-pass assessments of reports against internal rules and laws.
Adoption and improvement
We create guides and training materials, visualize how AI is used, and run the cycle of adoption and improvement, while automating routine work.
AI handles the first response; people make the final decisions. Answers cite their sources, and questions AI cannot answer are reliably handed over to staff.

Telecommunications
Over a long-term engagement, we redesigned training and certification programs for sales-agency staff nationwide, improving exam operations, assessing the system impact of program changes, and planning cost reductions.

For the rollout of a system for sharing operations manuals across stores, we led requirements definition, project management, and migration planning and execution.

We supported the development of new business concepts, the reform of call center and e-commerce operations, and the planning of brand sustainability initiatives.

After mapping thousands of tasks and analyzing where AI can apply, we are designing and building an AI that answers inquiries from internal knowledge and an agent that makes first-pass assessments against internal rules and laws.
